Pastor Bill Hurt has been serving ministries in and around Texas and New Mexico for several years and in April of 2022 stepped into the pulpit of Canaan Trail Baptist Church as the lead pastor. He is excited to be leading the ministry of Canaan Trail Baptist and is passionate about unapologetically proclaiming the word of God on and around the mountain. He is married to Kim and has two sons, Michael who lives in Lubbock, TX and Tyler who lives in Ruidoso.
